The WindDiffuser component of the AeroBlade provides a textured surface on the t-slot cover that reduces wind noise considerably. The BoxBeam aluminum extrusion makes this one of the strongest load bars available with the capability of sustaining over 800 pounds of force. SmartSlide and SwingBlade make installation a breeze. SmartSlide is a tape-measure-free way to install this on the feet. It fits easily covering the underbar slot which not only improves the aerodynamics but also creates a better noise diffusion. The Thule AeroBlade Load Bar is an ideal companion for almost all of the Thule accessories and is compatible with 90% of Thule carriers.
