100% Satisfaction Guarantee means you can exchange or return any new and unused item in the condition it was received, for up to 1 year hassle free. The bottom line is we sell fun and we don’t want you to be stuck with something you don’t want. New items will need to be returned in their original manufacturers packaging along with tags intact.
We also understand if the gear doesn’t perform or fit to your liking. As soon as you know you are not satisfied, you may return your used item within 90 days for a store credit. Used items do not include those with excess wear and tear or damage from improper use. Should your item have a defect, please contact our Customer Care team prior to returning to facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
Returns Easy As 1, 2, 3
Step 1: All returns must include original manufacturers packaging and tags.
Step 2: Complete the Returns form included with your shipment as to the reason for your return.
Step 3: Mail your return back in its original packaging using the self-addressed label on the bottom of your Returns Form. This is not a pre-paid label. Please make sure the package is well protected.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. As a convenience to you, we do offer pre-paid labels for a calculated fee directly through UPS. If you would like to take advantage of this service, please contact our Customer Care team prior to making your return.
To exchange your item for a different size or model, simply go to the site and place an order for the new item/size you wish to receive. You can then return the original item for a refund. Please note all returns will be processed for a refund or store credit and to receive your new product you will need to place the new order either through the site or through our Customer Care team.
Refunds & Store Credit
New items that are returned will receive a refund whereas used items that are returned are processed as a Store Credit. All returns are processed for the original price of the purchase plus tax only; the original shipping charge is not refunded. The processing time for a return is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) upon receipt of your item(s). Once you are ready to use your store credit, please contact our Customer Care team. We will take care of it from there.
Editing a Placed Order
If you need to edit an order that you've already placed, please contact Customer Service as soon after placing your order as possible. Once an order is transmitted to one of our distribution centers for shipment, the order cannot be edited or cancelled.
