You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the order status link provided in this email, or the order status link on the top right corner of our site.
Change in order status
Occasionally, we run out of certain items due to high demand. If and item that you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email immediately. If an item is out of stock and not expected to be available again, we will offer the option of making a substitute on your order, or must cancel the item. In the case of cancelation, if you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions, and shipping. If you paid with a Gift Certificate, we will send you a new Gift Certificate for the amount of the item, plus any applicable taxes, promotions and shipping immediately.
