Super fun and incredibly stable, the Hobie Mirage Eclipse stand up paddle board is perfect for both advanced and beginner riders; it is also a great option for those who want to take fitness out of the gym and on to the water. The Eclipse's easy set up allows you to go from your car to the coastline in a flash. Rudder controls are located on the handlebars making steering a breeze. Fun Way to work out
Comments:
I have two 12' boards, quality product, peddling is a great way to work out if you push yourself or you can enjoy a quite slow cruise with minimal effort. Boards are super stable & sterring is a breeze by squeezing the handles to turn left or right. you can easily remove the pedals & insert the filler that is furnished & it can be used as a paddle boad.

Great Workout!
Comments:
Tested the Mirage Eclipse 12.0 the other day and it was a blast! The set-up process was quick and simple. I'm 5'9'' 125lbs and the 12ft board was very stable on the water, even with some choppy waves. Steering was intuitive - pull the left lever to go left, the right to go right - I always felt I was in control. The pedal system was exactly like a stairmaster workout but on water; you really start to feel the burn the harder and faster you step. Depending on where you placed your feet on the pads you could work different areas of your legs - stand further back and you work your calves, further up and work your quads. The Mirage Eclipse is a great way to stay active and fit and is a nice alternative to paddling a SUP if you have any shoulder or upper body ailments.

Q: Any chance you'll be doing a rental or promotion featuring this board in spring.
Asked : Jan 31, 2017
By : Linda, United States
Know the answer? Answer this question

A:We do have Michigan store locations and we do offer demos on the summer months. I don't believe we'll be offering rentals on these, and as for promotions our hands are typically tied by Manufacturer pricing regulations on Hobie, your best bet to know about promotions as soon as they happen is to sign up for our emails.
